Iconic characters presets?

To clarify the title, on Skyrim communities, you would often see people posting pictures of their characters that they created that resembled more famous characters from real life or other fiction stories (like Game of Thrones) and usually they would add a picture of the sliders or even a file so that others could copy that look that was hard to achieve.

Now I myself suck pretty bad at making good looking characters, so I was wondering if there is any site or thread that does this?

If not, this could be a good thread to post them in?
