IC gear vendors (upcoming update)

So we will have to rely on RNG for traits for IC sets (blackrose, shield breaker, reactive, etc) and can no longer get impen?? The patch notes say all traits except impen and nirn...
Please advise.

You were missing a line. You can either buy the impen armor, or you buy a box which will give you a piece of armor with a random trait. The random trait will never be impen because that you can buy directly.

So the impen stuff (the way it is now) is staying?
