Does the chance to gain ultimate on an ultimate gain, have a cooldown? And can it proc multiple times simultaniously?
If i for example have several different sources of ulti gain, hitting the same second - like Tavas, Light Attack gain and Minor Heroism, would that give me several instances of a chance to gain ultimate?
