Can you remove enchants off of armour?

You can craft new glyphs and replace the current enchantment with the one on the new glyph.
A few items you never want to replace the enchantment ... such as on Maelstrom weapons.

✭✭I don't understand why you would want to remove enchantments from armour, it is not like enchantments hinder your character. If I wanted armour without enchantments I would just make some new armour.
If you are simply wanting to 'retrieve' the enchantment from a looted piece of armour to either re-use it or deconstruct it, surely there are better ways to get enchantments.Edited by disintegr8 on January 16, 2017 2:04AMAustralian on PS4 NA server.
