Crafting Bug/Fishing Issue

Trying to upgrade various weapon/armor items however the system is automatically deselecting the item before I can even add the correct amount of tempers to use. Also having an issue where every time I attempt to fish I am either logged out the system or there is a severe amount of lag. Is anyone else dealing with issues like this over the past week?
