If killed while in pack leader werewolf form, you loose your direwolf spawns after you rez back up.
Note your character is still in werewolf form after resurrecting.
This is the defining perk of this ultimate choice, and is a pitty that it breaks.
In order to get dire wolves back you must drop out of werewolf build up ultimate and transform.
