Extremely SLOW Download...Uninstalled

Thought I would give this game another try after a year and it has the SAME problem it had when I tried it in 2015....extremely slow download. It didnt move passed 12% for 3 hours. Uninstalled. Just that Id let you know, and yes I tried all the suggestions offered on these forums. FIX YOUR GAME! Thanks.
