Multiple ability bar setup

In some of Deltia's videos I've seen what looks like an addon that stores multiple ability bar setups. So you create multiple ability bar setups and this addon stores them, then you open it can click on which ability bar layout you want use. Does anyone know if this is an addon and what the name of it is?
