Social banned/muted

So I believe I have been social banned for the past few days, I haven't been able to access guild traders, guild banks or talk to other players. I put in a ticket a day or so ago asking why and haven't gotten a response other than an automatic one that said sorry its taking a long time to get back to you, if your problem persists respond to this email otherwise we will consider this matter closed. I responded to the email and I searched the forums and saw that quite a few things can make a social ban occur and the only thing I can really think of that I have been doing is excessive grinding the past 2 weeks or so. I was wondering how long it usually takes for them to respond or how hard is it to get un-flagged?
