Possible Champion Point System Tweaks

Hey everyone, I was taking a hand at balancing and trying out some tweaks at the notorious Champion Point System! Tell me what you all think about it and what are your suggestions for CP System tweaks?

Tried to get it out earlier, but the wind here seemed to knock out the internet, but we are back and in working order now. Also, the thing is pretty long, so be warned!
