Eidetic Memory - 2000th Lorebook

I recently read the 2000th lorebook for eidetic memory and a strange message happened that I didn't get time to screen shot or save.
It said "Already?"
Then it said "UNLOCKED" with no context and made the sound achivements make but when I looked I noticed no achivements other that the last one I unlocked.

I tried googling this and found nothing, any clues as to what this is?

    It's a "fake achievement" from the Lorebooks addon.
