[Bug] Mail is screwed!

I don't care about lag, please fix the mail system here! Every fricken time I try to type, it closes my keyboard! This has been happening for a long time, it is so rage inducing.

ZOS_PeterT✭✭✭If you are experiencing an issue with in game mail you should first do the following.
Delete save data on thePlayStation 4:
•From the PlayStation Dynamic Menu, navigate to Settings
•Go to Application Saved Data
•In Application Saved Data, select The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited
•Press the [Options] button of the controller on the ESO:TU Save Data
•Select Delete
2. Completely log out and turn off your console and turn it back on again. See if the mail shows up in game after logging back in. Let me know if that resolves your issue!
