Imperial City Sewers to District Respawn

If you die in the lower sewers and you choose not to release, but to respawn at a district that your faction has control of (Nobles, Elven, Arena, etc), when you load into the district you respawn dead. This has been happening for a few months.
When you log off and back on to the same character, you end up in a constant load screen. To be able to log on to the affected character you have to log on to someone different, log off and then back on to the affected character.
Not a game breaker, but slightly annoying.
