Error 318 (Spamming Messages)

I am had my fill with this error. It randomly happens anywhere, at anytime, doing anything. I am not sending or spamming messages, most of the time I am sending ZERO messages. I even had it happen on the PTS. Does not matter if I have add ons or a lag surge happens then I am in the sign in screen.

And, your not playing with WiFi. This error message is simply due to lag. Well it could be an addon, but your the only one that can test that by disabling all of them then adding them back one by one until the problem happens again.
I have not gotten this error in over a year, so not sure what else to suggest.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
