Yes the title may seem strange but this is the issue I started having at about 8:10 PST on the PC NA live server. When i walk around everyone seems fine and normal but as soon as i talk to someone their appearance changes. Tried looking it up on the forums but didn't see anything on it so I decided to create my own bug report. For all I know this may be something new that I'm not aware of. Screenshots included.
