"A Poisoned Heart" Quest bugged

In the quest "A poisoned heart" when you are asked to contain the poison at two locations. At the location next to the Gandranen Ruins, there is no poison to be contained. The quest works as expected at the other location.

tafailSoul ShrivenSame issue for me. I abandoned quest and started it again and also re logged but still nothing there.

Durnik✭✭✭✭Still bugged on 1/15/17. I put in 2 tickets. I also dropped it and tried picking it up again. No luck. I did use "persuade" (likely both times) and on the 2nd attempt I tried getting the bugged poison (one on the right of the map) first and no luck.
