Frost DK any suggestions

I'm looking to build a Frost/fire based DK. I am thinking of Ysgramor for increased damage by frost, and vampire cloak for extra protection/some spell damage. I might also try getting Thews of the Harbinger for this set instead of vamp cloak. I would like to use Ice Furnace, but it is an unviable set at its current state.

Sylphex✭✭I've used ice furnace, it's not bad to be fair. Not amazing but not bad. Only the 4-item set bonus is broken. It's a set you use with force pulse and destructive reach more than anything. It might be really good with the upcoming update to Elemental Ring (morph of 5th destruction staff skill).
If you're going to go a mixed build, fire and ice, best to not use a set that only boosts ice so get rid of Ysgrammor. Try Spinners with Willpower and Iceheart possibly, considering most DK fire abilities are close range.Edited by Sylphex on January 9, 2017 12:31AM1 -
