Load screens & crashes on x1

I'd assume this has been reported many times but it's getting more and more frequent. I know of at least 25 people who get a lot of "unusually long load" screens. We get them loading into dungeons, trials, PvP or even just wayshrining to a quiet area. I've just spent the last 30 minutes trying to get from Stormhaven soulshriven wayshrining to evermore wayshrine. I closed the game three times and still couldn't travel.

I'm a server and Network engineer and have checked my internet, router, etc. No problems there. This occurs to people from the UK, Norway, France, Germany so it's unlikely a local ISP/router issue.

Did you try loading another character, immediately logging out of that character, then logging onto the character stuck in the load screen? That always seems to do the trick for me.

That seems to reset the way your client interfaces with their server.

That's not the point of this thread. I logged it for ZOS just in case they're not aware of the issue. I know how to get around it but I'm wasting so much time doing it. I timed it... It takes 5 minutes from realising you need to close and being back on that character and loading back to where I was trying to go. When picking up treasure chests, surveys or daily quests this can mean a total of 30 mins lost. That's too much, especially for people that only get 2 hours a night to play.

I'm currently trying to get to shadowfen for a clothing survey. I've had to restart the game three times. I've logged into different chars too. My next survey is in Wrothgar... I know that's going to be worse. Do I bother? With the info being released about the master writs, I need to get these surveys for a chance of legendary mats.

Long load screen on the fourth attempt of trying to get to shadowfen. My friends in chat are trying to do the undaunted pledges but they're getting long load screens too.

ZoS, these bugs need addressing please.

Update on shadowfen... Just travelled to coldharbour successfully. Then tried travelling to shadowfen again. Long load screen again. Closed game, logged onto a different character. Logged off. Logged back onto original character. Tried to travel from coldharbour to shadowfen. Long load screen again.

30 minutes have passed since I first tried getting to shadowfen.

Update 2... Can't login on that character now.

One of the biggest reason i stopped playing the xbox version. Something isn't right. I used to have my game quit at least once just trying to log in, maybe multiple. My chat would cut out, endless load screens. And it's not that xbox can't handle it because the game runs far smoother on even a laptop. Something is fundamentally broken in console version imo.
