Cliff racer random encounter, vvardenfell

Can we include this encounter in the vvardenfell dlc? Esp cliff racers since those beasts are everywhere in vvardenfell and include achivements like Cliff racer flying!:kill one random encounter cliff racer in vvardenfell. I like jiub: kill 25 random encounter cliff racers, and Saint of morrowind, kill 50 random encounter cliff racers in vvardenfell, rewards saint of morrowind title. In the elder scrolls morrowind, cliff racers were a huge problem in that you could walk for a few seconds here that Screeeeee and run from a cliff racer, you look back and there is a swarm of around 30 of them. A dark elf from the name of Juib who you meet at the start of the game later in lore eradicated the problem and earned the title of saint Juib, hence the references in the achievements I named

There can be no references to events that took place after Elder Scrolls Online. Morrowind takes place, and Jiub is released from prison, in 3E 437. TESO takes place in 2E 582.

@Smepic True but the OP is talking about naming an achievement after Jiub, not an in-game NPC discussing Jiub. I don't think it impacts lore or the storyline what in-game achievement are named.

The best mod I ever installed for Morrowind was the one that made the Cliffracers go away.

The worst was when you would hear the fight music and look around unable to find an enemy, but then a cliff racer pops up behind you somehow.
