Dispairing lootable chest Xbox

I have submitted a bug report - Customer Service Ticket [Incident: 170108-001626]
I was in Banished cells, i found a simple chest opened it to find the staff i have been searching for (defending restoration sanctuary).
I captured it in a video . (i can not work out how to attach the video from my xbox here)
what the video does not show is that as i opened the chest somebody knocked my front door (IRL) i was AFC (away from console) for roughly 1 minuite. i thought i had pressed X to loot all, on returning i realised i hadn't looted the chest, pressed X to loot it and the chest de-spawned
I do not know what other information you require to replicate the bug & find a solution, but if i have missed something
