This quest is bugged badly I see a slew of new players confused with what to do, to top it off skipping this quest ruins an achievement given by completing the quest.
The bug in turn doesn't let the player place the critter meat required to summon Deathclaw on the bone pile, the game has the meat from the previous user still there making it impossible to place.
