3 Litany of Blood targets, not spawning.
Since the 1st myself and a group of 6 others have been trying to complete this thing. Shornhelm, Davon's, Stormhold, these ones DO NOT spawn at all, we have all scoured the areas for hours. Something -NEEDS- to be done to fix these NPC's. This is the 7th day that we got together to look and still nothing.
