Blue tinted screen bug

Hey all, one of my character is experiencing this blue tinted sky/screen thing like I'm permanently in cold harbour. I tried logging into another toon it was normal(yellow/orangeish sky) but when I re-log back to my 1st char it's the blue tint crap again. Any remedy for this? It's painful to watch..

Is the character in a quest or area that might explain this? Some quests do this. Look at the character sheet to see if there's a buff that explains it, and if not then the quest journal. Most specifically, I remember a green shade quest that causes this.
