Loot box with controller STILL BROKEN!!

Seriously, how many times do I have to post this?? The loot box is in the wrong spot when controller is enabled and all your loot you receive is blocked by the chat window. Once again, here is proof this has nothing to do with mods, I can reproduce it on as many computers as you want.

I am aware it's a beta, but it's been beta for well over a year now and literally nothing has been changed since then, it's like they added it and just stopped caring (if you see some patch notes saying they updated it I would love to see it, I could be wrong)
The game was obviously designed for a console with the interface, I don't understand why the loot box MOVES to the left side of the screen instead of just staying where it was without enabling support for a controller.0
