Extraction , enchanting

I am CP 210, enchanting lv 16, why when I extract some runes it says I yield no results?

What skills do I need for the best and most materials extracted?

Look at the extraction passive. With that maxed it'll yield better results but nothing is promised.

I'm max level enchanting with all max passives. I still get a third extracted with no results, that's the norm.

Which ones, there is the one that boost chance 3% for each type at first, do I need any other ones

I'm new to enchanting, is that normal, no results?

if you do not have the passives then no result is what you should expect.

enchanting is the most expensive and time consuming of the crafting skills to level.

unless you do it the sensible way.

I believe it's called "Rune Extraction." It's that last passive in the enchantment skill line.
