Why can't I put points in Spell Precision

I have spent 33 hem.in the Apprentice constellation, and still Vengenance (10pts for unlock) and Spell Precision (30 pts for unlock) dosn't unlock. (same pronlm in the otther constellations)
Can't put any points in them (no -/+ is showning)
Searched internet but didn't find anything about it.
So is it a bug or did I miss something?

You cant put points in bonus passives (the ones that unlock after you spend a certain amount of points in a specific constellation). They will always have a fixed value, and they always unlock automatically.
