So the game has been acting strange lately.. quest npcs not being where they should be, can't give a vampire bite at the Bankorai shrine (several vampires tried)..

Anyone else seeing strange stuff like this?
My wife complains that I never listen to her. (Or something like that.)

My ESO addons:
Midnight - Find out when midnight is so that you can check for ww/vamp spawn.
Goto - Adds a tab to the map pane allowing you to teleport to a friend, guildmate, or groupmate for free.

    Haven't been on in a few hours, but maybe it just doesn't like you?

    This is possible. Maybe even probable.

    I let myself be killed by an npc and things went back to normal.
