For PVE DPS. If I transform in PVP I usually end up full of arrows rather quickly.
Mostly burst damage but also long term for grinding CP.

✭✭Werewolf dps isnt going to be the top dps, but can be very strong in pvp (added speed, burst damage, and resistance) but here is a suggestion for pve.
Easiest obtained
Pve
medium armor (7)
5 twice born (shadow & theif) divines
5 Drauger divines
2 kra' gh
(daggers dw sharped) main bar
Chug major brutality, savagery, stam pots
Summary: lots of dots in human form. Rely on high critical damage/ cp. Damage will come from high stamina pool so use tri stat or stam health food. Sustain from redguard passive, heavy attacks, potions.
Pvp if your interested I can give some tips for this as well.

my stam DK king build. This build I dueled with other players and they have a hard time with me as a werewolf. Even when facing another werewolf and I beat them with this build they are fine werewolves but no one can out match this werewolf build. This build helps u survive better and be quick as werewolf without relying on orc passives to be quick about it.
