Was wanting DC manor, but for the convenience of getting dailies and everything, I'm going to get the large house in wayrest for 1 mil. and love the spacious basement for my crafting lab.

Then perhaps get another beach house.

AD Large Home. The manors seem to be less spacious than the large homes imo.

I like DC Manor, but there isn't much to it. And for the price tag...

I downloaded the PTS for the first time today just to get a head start on choosing the home I want. Its between Mistveil Manor and Forsaken Stronghold, most likely I will choose the former.

Grand Total Hideaway if it isn't too expensive and the Hundings one.

Snugpod. Seems the perfect spot for my main wood elf. Its in a pretty conviennt location and affordable.

Mathiisen Manor. Auridon is so beautiful, I would love to live there! .. but only after I am a millionare.

It wasn't easy going one by one and trying to remember what they looked like, their names, and which ones I liked. I started jotting down on a piece of paper the characteristics of the houses that I liked.

I liked the exterior of Forsaken Stronghold. It was very unique compared to other homes.

Hundings Palatial Hall has a really nice backyard and a functional tower, which is unique.

I'll probably get one of those two for my more broke PC account, but I'll be getting the Ebonheart Chateau on PS4. The three manors were somewhat disappointing. The DC and AD manors had really nice exteriors/front yards, but very little living space. Since I'm loyal to Ebonheart Pact, my crafting character is EP, and the manor is the most spacious inside, I'm going to go with that one. I'm hoping to just have one space to be able to put everything that I need (as in the functional stuff - dummy, attunement tables, dye station, and hopefully other things that are to come).

Cyrodilic Jungle House and Mournoth Keep. I can afford any house but the manors but I don't need that much space. I'd never fill them. The other two are perfect homes.

In the end, I will want one for every character, decorated in their personal style...

And since my characters are all just common adventurers and not nobles or something... I likely will end up with a collection of various smaller homes, i expect. But we shall see.

Looking at the Mathiisen Manor. As a large home, it is bigger than any of the "manors." And I like the layout. I'm dissapointe that all of the EP houses cost more but are smaller... I don't get it.

I spent some time goofing off in a bunch of them. I decorated in several. And I decided that the one that was the absolute most fun for me was the Old Mistveil Manor. So i am going to start out with that one. I would love the Cavern, but I am realistically expecting it to be laughably expensive, and it will only be for sale for crowns so, probably not going to get that one ever.

I also seriously looked at the Mathiisen Manor, and I do like it, but it is so cheery and the layout isn't my favorite. I also may have over done it out back with the pretty trees and grossed myself out lol.

I'm going to try and get the bat cave... er.. I mean the Craglorn cave. And if the crown store price for that is insane (because I don't think I can get it for in game gold (no price on it for gold on the PTR as of yet), I'll wait until I see what houses come when Vvardenfell comes out. If I remember correctly, there were 6 homes data mined with that. Two small houses, 2 medium houses and 2 large. I also am not in a huge rush for housing because I want to see what ends up happening with the gardening option for housing that was said to be in the works in the future.

I originally had my heart set on Mistveil. But after seeing a preview tour video of it I'm not so sure I'm going to get value for my gold compared to some of the other large houses. In saying that I'm still leaning towards Mistveil but now I'm considering other options.

I seriously got tempted for Craglorn Cave because it has few pillars reducing the usable size and, if someday we have access to mannequins it would make an awesome armory, something I always wanted in Skyrim but no house mods did decently.

But since I won't pay real money for a virtual house I'll probably have to check them all personally, but one thing I can tell for now, is that probably won't be a Manor.

From what I have seen so far, Snugpod will suit my Bosmer perfectly. I much prefer smaller, compact, cosy homes. But i'm really smitten by Humblemud. That's vernacular architecture at its very best.

The medium Imperial house in Craglorn. I love the location and I've wanted it since I saw it.

Later, the large imperial house (dat waterfall!), the house in kragenmoor (because I have one character I've always envisioned as living in Kragenmoor), and probably all the apartments. Oh and the small house in Alik'r, because I love the desert.

It depends pretty much on the reasonableness or otherwise of the Crown Store pricing. Gold-wise I have about 75K spare after playing since PC launch and my favourite from the ones I've previewed so far in that range is Twin Arches in Bangkorai. They're all a lot smaller than I expected them to be (especially considering the cost) but if I can get a bigger one on the Crown Store I will although my hunch is that the prices there are going to be silly in the extreme.

Wish we can plant flowers and mushrooms for alchemy in the garden.
