They should update this house so that at all times you hear the muffled game noises from the undaunted area, lol. Because in real life, this house's location would SUCK. You'd be woken up at 3:45 am to neighbors screaming about Beyoncé vs Nicki Minaj.
Also, for perspective buyers...I murdered like eighty people in that place to get the lock box before it was zoned residential. So...yeah...
