Stuck on Load Screens and Character Load

Pretty much what it says on the tin. Sometimes while fast travelling, teleporting wayshrines or travelling to player causes me to be stuck in the loading screen for unusually long time, causing me to quit the game and restart because it simply does not load. The same thing happens with requesting my character load, it stays loading, forcing me to quit and restart the game.
Anyone else having these problems? And are the devs aware?

dragonofmagikub17_ESOSoul ShrivenI'm having the exact same issue. I recorded it and uploaded to my YouTube. I have so far deleted all my addons including the saved variables files. I ran the repair tool on two separate times. Next step is going to be a full reinstall.... That is going to suck especially if it doesn't fix the problem. Video is on link below.

k0rkySoul ShrivenSame here. I can login most of the time. Select character (only have the one) and it loads most of the time but will sometimes drop me back to the login screen with nothing more than "Error - try again later". Sometimes the character loads and then when I try to exit an area (for example Temple of Ire Orsinium) it goes to the loading screen and then after 2 mins or so dumps me back at the login with the same error. Eventually it stops me logging in altogether and I have to wait or just give up in frustration.
For a game that's been around this long, this is the buggiest game I've ever played and one of the 1st times I've genuinely felt "robbed" for buying. VERY disappointing and COMPLETELY unacceptable. I'm a new player (literally 2 weeks) and whilst the game looks great and I enjoy it when it works it really is *** POOR from a reliability perspective AND I don't exactly see lots of great support on these forums either - most questions seem to go unanswered from what I've seen. Zenimax seem to have a terrible reputation so I hope I can get some answers / help here to put me right on that.
Just for the record, it isn't my connection - all other games work fine. I can play Guild Wars 2 for hours with absolutely no issues.
