So tired trying to download PTS client.

Downloaded PTS client and get "Reliable Source Serving Corrupt Data" for depot_-1to67.z4 in last 8mb.
Repair just downloaded this file correct and start redownloading a whole client for some reason I cant imaginate - closed launcher, started again and all goin fine till I downloaded vo_en and get "webget request failed" in last 4 mb. Closed, repaired and launcher just deleted a whole directory (vo_en directory) and start downloading a whole client again.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I just want to download this client and play the game, please - fix it already, this problems live more then 2 years already.
