"Rewards For The Worthy" Problem

Hello everyone.

As you probably know every time you hear that mail ding while doing PvP in Cyrodiil, its most likely a mail titled "Rewards For The Worthy". Every time I get it I say yay. Because I get a piece of gear or something else thats nice and useful. However recently the items I get are completely useless to me. Say Im playing on a character who uses Medium Armor, and in that "Rewards For The Worthy" mail I get a piece of heavy armor. Or say Im playing as a sorcerer and get a sword. Like "Yeah thanks, but I got no use for this..." Ive encountered situations similar to this many times. When Im rewarded with an item I have absolutely no use for. Which also means its not really a reward, at least not a good one.

So this is more a suggestion to Zenimax. Can we be rewarded with items that are actually useful to us? Or tailored to what our character is already using and equipped with? Sure I can just sell that item I get that I have no use for, I get a little gold. But its kind of a shame. You get these mails because you have done well in the campaign, so its like selling a trophy.

Im just posting this to see if anyone else has had this happen to them. And as a suggestion if Zenimax can look into this and see about changing the rewarded gear or weapons to items we actually have use for.

I would prefer to not get any more of the same sets since thieves guild. It's been a year. I don't need more VD, fury, fasalas, marksman gear from my mail, just put that stuff in a cyro vendor and give alchemy reagents or something.

I got that as a quest reward yesterday. So that kind of reward is still going around. But then again those repair items are always useful.

I think most people have multiple characters so it wouldn't make sense to only drop "useful" items for that character. Also as said above, I think we're overdue for some new sets to drop for rewards for the worthy. I don't even PvP a whole lot but I had/have all the sets in all pieces, most several times over.

They need to make rewards for the worthless better. A little more money and a decent chance to drop one of the pvp vendor set items would be nice. They could even throw in some siege and stuff, I wouldn't mind that.

I have enough lekis staff plz zos change the loot already its been wayto long for gear no one uses and not even worth gold.

You only get those as "end of campaign rewards". Getting them as rewards for the worthy would actually be better, if you call it that.

I have several alts so yes this is true. But there comes a point when you will get a useless item. One you cant research and deconstructing it will yield you nothing you want. And giving it to an alt will be pointless. It will just be something you can sell for 30 gold. So in the end other then being worth 30 gold, the items become useless. We could definitely use some new items for Rewards For the Worthy.

When I started pvp I used to feel excited when I received "rewards" for the worthy, since I had gotten lucky and got a few good armor pieces in a row. Now I see them in my mail and think, "Oh boy, something else to throw away".

Hey, I happen to like my stone wall repair kits lol

In all seriousness thought, the keep repair kits are more useful to me than the gear and gems

Would be really nice to get siege weapons though...

Why don't you just deconstruct what you don't need? Even one piece of rubedite is better than nothing.

Also the rewards used to be hot garbage, and, believe it or not, most PVP set pieces (without garbage traits) can still be sold for 1000 gold on XBox. No idea about the PC.

They could do something simple and just have a rotating loot table with sets from random zones or something like that. Heck, raw supplies to make food and pots would be great
