Burning Spellweave Sharpened Sword disappeared - please help

Please help me out on this one - my friends have been kind enough to continue to grind a sharpened Burning Spellweave Sword for over 2,000 runs combined and it finally dropped.
Recogn1ze pulled the drop, I removed one inventory to trade, he traded to me, I locked item. Immediately it disappeared and is gone. We both immediately entered tickets. Please check your logs and do us a solid on this one. We are loyal customers and have been grinding this dungeon for over a month straight.
