Housing crowds/wayshrine duels etc

Since everyone will have instanced houses, does this mean when you go to your inn room/front door there will be a ton of people at "their" front door as well? Will front of houses become like wayshrines with 8000 people dueling and spamming skills causing lag and crashing? Im thinking a few of the houses will become most popukar, especially the inn rooms at launch and turn that inn hallway into a cluster freak

You'll be able to port straight to it from the Collections menu, so if that is an issue there's one way to get around it.
