Issues with the changes coming in the Housing Update

Yesterday evening and today morning, I spent some time reading the upcoming changes with the Housing update and I must say there are a few issues I'd like to talk about.
Firstly, I believe that balancing PVE and PVP together, instead of doing it separately creates major problems and harms the performance of one area without justification for the sake of the other. I do both PVP and PVE and I am tired of seeing nerfs/adjustments targeted for one component in the game but essentially affecting both.
An example is Radiant Destruction. Although I hate this skill due to the toxic way it has been abused in PVP I do not understand the 20%+ dmg nerf. This hurts magplar dps significantly in PVE- and combined with the nerf to beast trap, major force and grothdarr magplars will lose a ton of damage. A simple reduction in range would prevent abuse in PVP with easy bashes and would keep the skill strong in PVE. Knowing magplars, they will keep spamming RD in PVP and essentially it will continue to be an issue, while in PVE the class will suffer.
I also can't understand why blazing spear lost its stun. Magplars don't have a reliable CC in PVP (toppling charge does not count) and will now be forced to use invigorating drain if they want a hard CC. Even if Blazing Spear deserved a nerf due to the spam of the ability in PVP this change was a poor change as it will hurt performance in PVE and especially VMA . Even if the skill deserved a nerf in PVP there should be no change in PVE since this skill is a core skill of Magplars and maybe their best skill in VMA. If a change is needed so much why dont you balance the skill for PVP and PVE separately ?

Another issue is Magblades. I was expecting to see a decent list of buffs for the class and the only thing they got, was a cost increase in Swallow soul and their shade looking like a Khajit in case they decide to make a cat magblade.. Although I have never played a magblade, this is silly. Comparing magblades to stam sorcs and stam dks in open world PVP is like comparing a chiwawa to a wolf.
Why hasn't Conceled Weapon received a big buff yet? Lava whip got a buff and considering the difficulty of setting up a magblade burst, Concealed Weapon needed something more. Currently, you see Fall damage in your recap more frequently that Concealed Weapon, which is even worse than Force shock as a spammable.
Also why the class hasn't got a defensive heal yet and is still tied to a Resto Staff while stam classes can have at least 2 defensive heals that do not force them to a specific weapon? Isn't this supposed to be a balance patch? (the same applies for Magsorcs since Dark conversion will sink their Stam pool)

Also, I can not understand changes to MagSorcs. Why did Velocious Curse get a change noone asked about? Although, this change might help in PVE (sorcs who play with curse won't need to recast it every 4 secs), it can create big issues in PVP. It is already easy to avoid a Sorc burst (which requires Curse) and now it will be even harder to PVP as a sorc succesfully. Magsorcs needed buffs badly- they will still be forced to fill their slots with countless toggles and bursting a heavy armour meta build will remain significantly hard. The Atro dmg buff Is good, but I don't understand why the summoned Atro is the only Atro in the game that can be CCd (while it's an ultimate).
At the same time, concerning Stam Sorcs, the fact that hurricane got a nerf, while Dark Deal did not, is beyond me. I agree thatHurricane was strong, but what makes Stam Sorcs the monsters they are, is that they can ignore all sustain and go full dmg, only because of Dark Deal. Bashing a Sorc with dark deal is ridiculously hard considering their mobility and gets even harder when they dodge the bashes with shuffle.

The changes to MagDks are nice but there are still some issues. It is nice to see an attempt to buff dragon blood, but healing for 33% of your missing magicka may be completely useless in some situations. I play a MagDk in PVP- how will I use dragonblood when I am roaming around with a full magicka pool and get ganked? My health will be at execute range and my dragonbloood will heal for 0 because there will be no missing magicka. What are we supposed to do? Run around spamming skills to sink our magic pool in order to heal with dragonblood in case we get ganked? Don't get me wrong- Magic Dk has great heals with Embers, Whips and deep breath and now during mid battle they will be even stronger with DB. I just dont understand the logic of having spammable offensive heals (Embers) while defensive heals are situational and based on our magic pool.I haven't seen the change in action, I hope it actually works well.

Finally, it is interesting to see the Ice staff changes but for the sake of PVP I hope I won't see reactive Magplars permablocking with an ice Staff and using Eye of the Storm as well...

P.S. I did not discuss about proc sets not being able to crit: I don't think this change will fix much in PVP and will just harm PVE. A simple change of allowing one proc set would suffice imo, but Zenimax prefers to wreck things completely.

I am also surprised about other issues- such as
Vitality+ Major Mending stacking still not changed(I apologize if I am wrong)

That incap cost did not increase.

Ranged roots are still a thing.

Huge PVE nerfs with proc sets not criting + major and minor force nerfs. These could change only for PVP.

I hope they fix Ellusive mist which does not mitigate Radiant Destruction (on ps4 at least it does not)

I apologize for the length of the thread and for any possible mistakes. I read the patch notes while working so I might have missed a few things. Just to clarify, the classes I play are: stamblade, MagDk, Magplar and StamSorc.

tanks will be able to permablock now.... equipping a sword and shield on one slot and ice staff on another, when out of stamina switch to staff...... and if youre templar with the new magicka steal you wont even need the sword and shield to permablock..... just spam magicka steal and youre done.... tested it yesterday with my templar and I could permablock for as long as there were mobs around me

@Mitoice This sounds bad- I can not test anything myself since I am on Ps4.
Tanks could permablock anyway in PVE because of stam from shards though-

I think this will be more of an issue in PVP in a group of permablocking magplars and DKs. I guess the only counter will be hard CCs but I doubt that it will be possible to CC them out of stam, especially with the cooldown on CCs being increased.

How did you test it without the PTS being available?
    PS4 - EU

Please put the Eyevea/EarthForge wayshrines back on the map?

PTS was up yesterday through midnight....
Try it for yourself... its only 4gb download... equip an ice staff on one hand and a sword and board on another... once out of stamina switch to staff and blocking will use magicka instead of stamina, while your stamina regens... once out of magicka switch to sword and board.... if youre a templar? just use the magicka steal aura and you will regen magicka while blocking with the staff.... awesome... it was the only change in this update that was interesting besides housing.
