Dungeon Timer and CP Level

I have been one of the biggest opponents of the Dungeon timer. I believe the timer should be scrapped or at least only applied to people who willing leave the group.

That being said though there needs to be a CP level put on Vet Dungeons. I used the finder last night for my Spindle II group and we got a CP 57 DK Tank. We were able to get through the trash and the first couple of bosses. However it became apparent we would never have been able to get through the final boss, the person was just taking way to much damage. So about halfway through we decided to remove him from the group so 3 of us wouldn't have to go through the entire thing again.

I feel bad because now he has to wait to rejoin the queue, but at the same time he never should have been able to join a vet queue. I get CP doesn't mean anything about skill of player, or knowledge, but just off basic stats he is not able to tank all the encounters at that point.

    Yeah, the Dungeon Finder changes looks good on paper, but only if the timer doesn't apply if you are not ready.

    Their silence on this matter is really annoying and disappointing.

    I got to the point where I just use the finder for random dailies and nothing else. I'd like to go back to use it without the group disband bug and timer being applied to those that don't deserve it.

    Also, please put a level limit on DLC dungeons!
