Is spriggans and NMG a good combo?

Ive switched from red mountain to spriggans thinking it looks great... reducing their resistance and increasing my penetration
But does it work like that? Do i have a nice set up?

You don't supply enough information for a valid response.

If you run DK or NB it's a mistake as you have major fracture.

If you're a Sorc it's ok as a set, but NMG and Viper is a better option you have like 10,000 pen running nmg with sharp weapons and even more so with khrags.

What are you trying ot achieve PVP or PVE

PVE and end game content.
Im a stam DK nord and run as dps
I have about 17k magic, 20k health, 35k stam
1k stam regen, 3.5k weapon damage and 70% crit chance
I have all gold jewlry and sharpened weapons in red mountain set... which also seems better than viper.. so would red mountain be better than the spriggans?

Thinking about spriggan for the nerf because red mountain will not be half as powerfull.

Otherwise if im being dumb i would like help and advice on my set up, i love the NMG set because i can actually wear the style i like, and my jewely and weapons are from the other sets
