I know it's a bit early to say, but if past experience has taught us anything not much is going to change on the PTS this coming month. None of this is particularly unexpected; the proc set nerf will kill a lot of sets in this game, with no buffs to anything else to compensate and give us some variety for a change, and we'll all be stuck wearing twice-born and whatever monster set is considered BiS until the end of time. But hey, maybe you won't get one-shot in pvp(???)

    i've seen it a couple times, but it's 10 percent proc seems, in application, to be much less than other 10 percent procs.

    Honestly alot of this are nerfs to powers that were either expected or needed.

    I dont think much will change tbh.

    It's not as common, for sure. But it can and will proc with the others on the same hit. A friend of mine wanted to test it the other day for laughs, and annihilated me in one hit with it and --I think-- Viper and Veli.

    Twiceborn got an indirect nerf with major force not stacking multiplicitively...
