For the longest time I've heard this set is trash, but I'm just curious as to what's wrong with it. Is it the fact that stacking regen isn't as useful these days or does the set not work?

✭Ithink the only time I've seen it used, and been viable: When you run in an organised PvP group and you end up running full Purger or speed buff-bot. Could maybe be used on a veterandungeon tank, but you dont regen stamina when blocking anyway.
Imo, the game is very situated around *one* main stat-pool. You rarely go hybrid. Take the other sets in comparison:
Seducer-set: Mag rec + Mag max + mag rec + % magicka decrease skill cost. Since you're mostly specced for 1 of the pools, you get a lotof sustain from Seducer. More than from Willow's(besides, it's not like you regen any magicka in MIst form anyway). So Willow's falls short there. Yes, the stamina recovery is nice but... It won't beat having more max stam & using pots.
I just can't seem to find it outperforming any of the other sets available atm. Cus you don't need all 3 recoveries.
(I think @Soulac mentioned something about it beign bugged a while ago... Might still be?

✭✭✭I think the problem with it is that it does nothing for your damage, and with ESO the way it is right now regarding hybrids, you're already struggling to get those other stats up to par.
