Nyzchaleft Falls boss does not spawn. Xbox One NA server.

The Wrothgar world boss at Nyzchaleft Falls does not spawn. I am on the Xbox North American server, and I have waited one whole hour for the boss to spawn. I've watched at least 20 other players waiting and leaving as the boss simply doesn't appear. I came back to it the next day and there are still people waiting and still no boss, and no signs of the boss spawning and being defeated, i.e. dead boss and add bodies. Talking to the players, some of which were from the day before, revealed that the boss still hadn't appeared in my absence. Please find a fix for this.
