End game Trials, getting better scores, improving the team.

    Can't wait for next Trial!

Just one guy's opinion here. Try not to bash on me too hard. Not saying there are not positive or good groups/runs, but as many normal trials and a few vet ones I have done, I realize and find trials (particularly vet ones) too monotonous, boring and crazy all together. All you do, as the group, is huddle up in a small mass while dpsing the boss as much as each can while counting on the tank to be effective enough to keep the boss (where in vet trials, bosses' health are in the 40-90 millions, mind you, minus all the other damaging AOE and effects and adds) at bay, and at the same time, relying on the healers to keep the group and tank from wiping. Many of times (vet trials), the tank falters and the healers run out of juice, then folks begin wiping one by one, followed by other standing dps frantically trying in vain to revive the fallen. Yet, wipe after wipe, you restart. You get back into that huddled mass, again and again, boss after boss.. group amassed to dps the boss, hoping the tank can keep the boss at bay and the healers are doing their jobs. Many of times, people get too frustrated with each others and begin playing those blame games where that run becomes a complete wipe when folks leaves one by one. I guess, if the drops and loots are good enough, I would look forward for more or new trials. For me, current drops/loots in trials are not attractive enough to put up with the some of the bs and shananigans in running through a trial.

A friend and I duo almost all the content in the game and going through the PvE areas is a lot of fun for us. It's laid-back and presents clear objectives. It's a nice break from PvP content and more intense content. Some of the dungeons are also a challenge with two rather than four people and that level of independence was important to us getting sort of marginally good at the dang game.

I only play PvE. Did PvP just to unlock the necessary skills. I enjoy many aspects of PvE play, depending on my mood, if I'm alone at home (how much I can concentrate), tired or not, feeling social or not etc.

Some traditional Elder Scroll things I like to do in ESO:
    - exploring and questing (I've finished all quests/questlines a few times by now, so this is at the back burner right now until we get a new area/quests).
    - gathering materials - I've learned to call this farming, and when tired/anti-social I find wandering around and picking everything up extremely relaxing (and it makes good gold, too).
    - playing dress up with my character, and soon I can finally start decorating a house as well, yay.
    - don't really RPG but I do make back stories for all my characters and feel connected to some of them.

The more MMO-like things I've learned to enjoy:
    - playing together with a group, be it a dungeon or trials - it's satisfying when a group makes progress together and people become better not only as individuals but also as a team. The successes/goals are more fun when reached together with friends.
    - developing my build and skills, planning my character to become more effective and beneficial (I love the shinies, can't deny it).
    - learning mechanics and tactics - I enjoy the challenging content the most these days, but also teaching stuff to new players is fun at times.

I'm sure most of the group stuff I listed applies to PvP, too. I'm not competitive though (not against other people) and have never enjoyed playing against others. I'd rather just do stuff together, against some "artificial" and totally impersonal enemy. Maybe that makes me a care-bear!? :p

PvE to me, is only fun when it's new. Once I've done certain content enough times, it gets dull pretty quick. I'm also not a fan of trials.

    I love grinding for gear.

I love grinding bosses over and over for the chance of getting something useful. Because on weapons every trait is useless except sharp ad in enjoy spending 10's of hour grinding the same bosses for a chance to get gear so i can pvp.

I enjoy the annoying loot cooldowns that exist so i can't just farm bosses over and over i have to wait 5 mins between all my kills and hope when my timer is up there is actually a boss still alive otherise i have to wait for the repspawn or that.

I love that 1 in 500 chance of actually getting what i want from bosses where i can only kill a max of 20 per hour.

25 hours on average to get the weapon and trait i need and good news is i need two so i'll need to do it twice.
    PS4 EU DC

    Current CP : 756+

I have every character level 50, both a magicka and stamina version.

RIP my effort to get 5x v16 characters...
