Suggestion for housing - functioning shrines

Apologies if this suggestion has been discussed before.
When Housing comes I hope we can craft our own functional shrines to respec attributes, skills and even get married. It would give some more utility to houses, could give friends a reason to visit and is pretty lore-friendly.
Ideally some reskinned shrines could be available so we can worship the gods not currently offered in any temple in Tamriel.
