Plenty of High Gold Items available to every level of player. Small Guilds especially those just starting out CAN NOT afford a stall with decent traffic due to Unethical Practices going on behind the scenes

The issue is Stall Availability and Cost not what its members have to sell.

So I'm a GM of one of the largest guilds on PS4 NA. We routinely lock Mournhold down and have for years. We do enforce dues and people who want to stay will pay, if not there are 2 other people that do.

Believe it or not, 80% of members I'd say actually WANT to pay the dues and ensure they lock down the trader. I am routinely humbled by the members and their dedication to the guild itself.

It does make it hard for new guilds to come up because the GM has to invest and lose a lot of gold. However, if you're in the GM business to make a lot of gold, you're in the wrong business. Millions flow through our accounts every week but the only gold we get to keep is from buying low and selling high like everyone else.

Small Guild starts losing membership as they cant meet the needs of its members.

As a guild leader, I'm assuming you lead a guild, you must determine the focus of your guild. If a guild leader attempts to make the guild a little if everything failure is likely.

For a guild that's anything other than a trade guild getting a guild trader is very much secondary and this entire convo is of little importance there since it's not the focus of the guild.

For a trading guild there is no such thing as a small trade guild that can hang with the larger guild so recruitment is vital. A large member ship that can fill the stores of items priced well is what is vital. Management of membership is important as well. Culling of inactive members to fill those spaces with actives is just as important.

The more robust the membership the more sales it will do and can grow to better locations.

Considering we can be a member of multiple guilds this works. Join one for raiding, another for trading and a third for social or PvP.

Soooo, weekly fees on console have reached 15k and spots that where easily attainable for 600k now 1 mil won't win. Market continues to inflate. Currently it is hurting the sellers, at this rate the guild trader system should implode. They will reach a point where no one is willing to pay the high fees and those that have been at the top will collapse which will bring prices back down except if gold sellers come in and artificially inflate the market however that is akin to irl stimulus it only works for so long as each round of it gets diminishing returns. One thing though, the current expense is going to cost ZoS some new players, the barrier to entry and the eventual price of trader sold goods rising will lose some new players. We really need a multiple guilds per trader system, eventually the market will fix itself but until more supply exists we will probably stay on this roller coaster.
