When do you guys expect to see the complete update 13 patch notes?

This is becoming unhealthy for me. The amount of times I refresh the forums page per minute is to darn high.

    the day before the patch goes live in February. or might even be a few hours before it goes live.
    iether way tho, they wont release them untill right before it goes live.

    "PTS very early in the new year", "launching in February". So allowing for ~6w on PTS, probably within the first two weeks of Jan?

    If they want it out in February, early January is when that will be.

    about 4 weeks after the patch goes to all servers and the bugs have been fixed

    yup my bet jan 3 or 10.

    My guess is that it won't be the first week, and it will probably be in the latter half of the week. I figure the week starting the 9th or the week starting the 16th.

    Not even sure if I want to see them if what @ZOS_RichLambert posted is just the beginning.

    ZoS employees are terribly misinformed about what the definition of balance is, and have no idea how to fix it. Those "sneak peek" notes confirm it.

    Hey @Wrobel why don't you show your face and give us some reasonable feedback for a change?

    Within 1 hour surrounding PTS maintenance being complete.

    Most likely just after it's done.

    Because your going for lose like 2k dps via proc sets?

    Could you at least wait until the patch notes and pts testing before you go full salt mode?

    I have every character level 50, both a magicka and stamina version.

    Probably 10jan of pts start. Like event ends 4jan than 1 week of resting and pts launch. Hope i wrong and it will be earlier.
