A person came up to me when I was on a 28 level toon and asked to duel. The other person had 4 shards around them like the sorc spell rune prison in the duel but was moving around fine. The fight went for a very long time and it was like we could not hit each other. They were low level also around level 40. My build was not a dueling build obviously. I expected to die quickly going in. In the end the other person stopped the duel because the dark anchor we were near started. Before the fight I saw the same person fight someone else for a long time with no one winning. As I say it seemed like I could not attack properly. I am sure you all will know what was going on but that was the first time I have seen it. Thanks.
