Hello Forum,

a guy in our guild has some contacts at ZOS´s and we were talking about stuff in our guildchat.

We got another sneak peek a few minutes ago.

Apparently Incap is going to get some changes.

The ultimate cost got increased to 75 ult but to balance that out the the damage increase gets buffed to 30% and both the damage increase and the Major defile duration got upped to 10 sec.
Also to make the stun more reliable it will now also stun through block.

I was honestly pretty shocked over this information. What do you think about this? I think this is yet another slap in the face after those awful changes to procsets.

    This sounds like the whole "my dad works for Microsoft and I'm going to get you banned from xbox live." I have no reason to believe this buff is actually incoming...

    I wish I could dismiss this out of hand, but again, its ZoS. I guess if this is paired with other balancing things to tone down the overall burst and shift it more to incap less from other NB abilities then it could be ok, but.... come on, do we still think zos is logical?

    Well hard to know with Zenimax. Thanks for the info I suppose.

    But just in case it is actual trolling: the 30% buffed damage is very risky too.

    While I too call bs on this, I wouldn't put it past ZOS to do something so ridiculous. I'm just saying, bruh. ZOS has been known to do some very stupid and unpredictable things. Lmao. I'm serious. When it comes to ZOS, you just have to always expect the worst. But! Always put your best foot forward in hoping that your expectations are wrong. :trollface:
