over world set drops for Shields?

I am looking to get shields for one of the sets that drop in the overworld. I have tried about 40+ chests, making rounds in the public dungeon bosses... etc. I haven't seen a shield yet... am I farming the wrong spots? I assumed things that could drop any set armor or "weapon" slot would count. Any suggestions would be appreciated. thank you

Shields fall under the weapons category and can be farmed at world bosses.

Ahh so I have been barking up the wrong loot location. thanks, I will go farm some world bosses.

As well as public dungeon bosses. Typically you can kill and loot 4-5 public dungeon bosses before 1 world boss spawns.
