BSW and Charged.

So... Burning Spellweave procs when the Fire status effect procs right? So does that mean that with charged you have pretty much a 100% chance to proc it?

Not planning on using it at all, just wondering ^^

No bsw proc's on a random chance and when it does proc it puts a burning effect on the target, this burning effect is a different one from the usual one that has a chance to proc from fire dmg.

Charged doesn't change the 20% chance on BSW to proc but BSW can proc off the normal burning status which is buffed by charged. It helps. My flame reach skill on my charged inferno staff back bar has a pretty good chance to proc 3 fire DoTs and then the valkyn skoria rains down like crazy.

The burning status also only has a chance to proc off fire effects though. It must be terribly worded if there were 2 possible Burning status effects. I highly doubt that.

More defending, decisive, then precise and powered is the worst choice of the lot.

If you're purely interested in healing, not damage, then powered > precise

When someone says healing I assume it's trial healing since it doesn't take much healing in 4 man dungeons. At that, powered is probably still last. The small percentage increase is needed f adding that much.

With regard to the powered/precise question for pure healing, the values are so similar it doesnt really matter.

However, powered out performs precise.

It has a change to proc when ever you lit someone up. So wall of fire, crushing shock, flame staff, flame glyph etc. have a change to proc it. Even as a sorc the buff procs pretty much instantly, so many places where fire damage comes.

You can even proc it on yourself, just go hop around on lava.
