Out of Combat problems

its only for my templars and even if i can go into steath and get the eye closed im still in combat for a long time, i cant port, cant ride etc. other times i cant go into steath eather before min or 2, if i take invisible potion it works for the time of potion but when the timer is out im in combat again even if im out of sight from friends too.
another problem is when sneaking fully steathed and one in my group go into a fight on the other side of the map i get into the fight too and cant port etc before eather he is dead or out of combat.
